Congratulations to our Busking Mayor for Epsom & Ewell George
Crawford with his non-stop Live Entertainment greatly enjoyed by
everyone.
Great fund-raising for MACMILLAN Cancer Support. Details below.
Few photographs added below followed by a 9 video clips. Regret I could not capture all the action as I was involved with some playing. I was also disapointed to have missed recording your last set of songs especially when you sang BLUEBERRY HILL. Also missed the young singer who sang ELVIS superbly well. My video camera seemed to have switched off, not having anyone to attend to it as I was providing the musical backing.
I wish to add my special thanks to your wonderful CRA Committee members who certainly provide you with all the support in planning and organising. 'Very dedicated team' & very successful.
Special thanks to Wendy for kindly helping me with packing up all my equipment at the end. What a great help much appreciated. The same to you George for your help too.
I enjoyed the evening but was upset with the problems I had with my mike and small PA mixer. All the same George, you did a grand job entertaining as always. The atmosphere was buzzing with WANDGAS members joining in. They all were certainly a lively group.

Please find attached some pictures taken from Benny last night at the St. Patrick's Night fundraiser for the Mayor's Charity to support Macmillan Cancer Support.
You are welcome to use these online on the CRA website and facebook page and please mention a big thank you to Benny, George, Ann, Judith, & myslef along with Julie Holland (Macmillan) and her husband who were also there to support and help on the evening.
We raised over £640 (£643.25) for the event and George has mentioned that we are close to a total of £20K for the year!
We have one more event which is the Mayor's Afteroon tea on the 4th April and have attached a poster for this event and would be grateful if you could post this online.
Also I spoke with Julie Holland and George and there is a charity event for a football gala in the summer (May/June) and they will auction the signed football and the money can be allocated to the Mayor's charity fund for Macmillan.
Richard Johnson was at the event and has also posted the news on the Worcester Park Facebook Page.
